Vijay Gosalia

Vijay Gosalia is a founding member and of Ortiz & Gosalia, PLLC and serves as the managing partner for the firm. He currently provides legal services in the areas of Estate Planning, Tax controversy (Federal & State) and business planning matters. Prior to establishing Ortiz & Gosalia, PLLC, Mr. Gosalia provided legal services as a solo practitioner at Gosalia & Associates, LLC from 2009 through June 2011. Mr. Gosalia also served as an attorney extern at the Appeals Division of the Washington State Department of Revenue in 2010 where he reviewed taxpayer appeals and prepared taxpayer determinations. Mr. Gosalia currently works with the Federal Tax Clinic at the University of Washington providing pro bono tax services to clients and has done so since 2008.
